Terms & Conditions ("TERMS")

Kindly read the below menttion inclusions andd exclusions for the support and services provided by AMC-TECK.

INCLUSIONS :-

​

• Complete software consultancy (on call).

• All software support.

• Complete PC optimization (tune up).

• Provides all required (free) software(s) (only).

• Free courtesy diagnosis twice a month.

• All driver and software update.

• Email /email client support.

• All browser support.

• We support for all Windows/MAC operating systems.

EXCLUSIONS :-

​

• Any paid software/license required.

• Any kind of printer servicing.

• Any networking part.

• Any hardware part required.

IMPORTANT :-

​

1. INR 500 per visit will be charged for any support/service required as mentioned in EXCLUSIONS.

2. INR 500 per visit will be charged for any support/serrvice required after EXPIRED CONTRACT.

3. Minimum 10 PC(s) required to sign up the contract.

4. All cost for hardware/networking parts will be borne by the client during/after the CONTRACT period.

5.  All cost for PAID softwares will be borne by the client during/after the CONTRACT period.

6. Minimum 30 Days NOTICE is mandate in order to terminate the CONTTRACT by either vendor or client.

7. Complete PC(s) confriguration is MANDATE before signing the CONTRACT.

8. No FREE support/service will be provided tto any PC(s) apart from those mentioned in the CONTRACT.

9. If support/service required for other PC(s), it will be paid as per visit.

10. All other payment terms (if any) willl be cleared before signing the CONTRACT.
